Lunch! And Dinner! Everyday!
I have had the most delicious lunch for the past week: bell pepper, cucumber, eggplant, onion, garlic all in brown rice! I am looking forward to eating it this week as well!
I made pickled cucumbers yesterday (mirin, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey) and sprinkled toasted sesame seeds on top! Perfect for this warm weather :)
